If payment has already been received, the amount paid for the canceled item will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment.

If payment has already been processed, the full amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

RUMMY is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs authorities or customs inspections.
Weather conditions.
Government restrictions or actions.
Transportation disruptions.
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

RUMMY is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. International Orders and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

For customers located in Ukraine, these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under Ukrainian law.

For customers located outside Ukraine, these Terms shall apply subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the customer resides.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to purchases made through our website shall be handled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable laws governing the relevant transaction.

22. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request additional verification for any order, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of billing address, or confirmation directly with the cardholder or account holder, particularly for high-value orders or orders flagged as high-risk.

We reserve the right to delay, hold, cancel, or refuse to process or ship any order pending verification, without liability to RUMMY.

Orders that cannot be verified within a reasonable time, or where verification is refused, may be canceled at our discretion. Where payment has already been received for a canceled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to payment providers, law enforcement, and other relevant authorities, and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any customer's access to our website, products, and services, and to refuse any past, current, or future order, where we reasonably believe that the customer has engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, payment abuse, return or refund abuse, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Such action may be taken without prior notice and without liability to RUMMY.

Any amounts owed to RUMMY as a result of fraudulent or abusive activity remain due and payable, and RUMMY reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies available under applicable law, including legal action, to recover such amounts.
