Refund & Return Policy

At RUMMY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Please read the return policy carefully before submitting a return request.

 


 

For Ukraine Customers

Customers in Ukraine may return items purchased from rummywhy.com within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Socks

2. Underwear

3. Hats / beanies

Important return condition

If you want to return an item, you must first collect the parcel from the post office.

Refusing the parcel at the post office is not considered a return, as we cannot verify who declined the package.

Please follow this process:

1. Collect your parcel

2. Inspect the item at home

3. Contact us if you wish to return the item

Return conditions

Items must be:

1. Unused

2. In original condition

3. With all original tags and packaging

Rummy reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

After the item is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your bank card
  • Processing time: up to 5 business days

Please note:

1. Return shipping is paid by the customer

2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

3. Bank fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable

For Worldwide Shipping

Due to high international shipping costs and customs regulations, international returns are more limited.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

1. Unworn

2. Unwashed

3. In original condition

4. With all tags attached

5. In the original packaging

Items that show any signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned internationally:

1. Socks

2. Underwear

3. Hats / beanies

Return shipping & customs

International customers are responsible for:

1. Return shipping costs

2. Customs duties

3. Import taxes

4. Any additional shipping fees

Rummy is not responsible for lost or delayed international return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds

1. Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection:

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

3. Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted
